Our Massive Transformational Purpose at Impact Igniters is to “ignite the consciousness of leaders that business is a force for good.” We achieve this through helping you build a business that creates massive impact through being aligned and purpose-driven.
Our Vision
To challenge the status quo and the way that we run and lead businesses. We believe that the current way that we do this is outdated and a new paradigm exists. One based on the principles of connection, collaboration and community. We yearn for a day when every business will be purpose-driven, and as a result team members will be inspired to show up for work every day as they know they are making a difference in the world.
We know that when team members are inspired by a purpose beyond profit that they feel more engaged, energised and excel at their work. They have more more resilience which improves their well being, self esteem and personal worth.
We are living in the most exciting time in human history. New technologies are disrupting everything and changing our world every day. Thanks to this, we can now venture beyond the boundaries of our planet, connect and collaborate in unprecedented ways and completely reinvent how our businesses and institutions operate and how we live our everyday lives.

About Julia
Julia Felton is passionate about disrupting the way that we create, run and lead businesses. Through throwing away the rule book, she challenges the status quo and helps create businesses that deliver impact and influence, whilst also making a great income She believes that business should and can be a massive force for good in the world, if they focus on the impact and contribution they can make to all stakeholders. Her business principles are based on herd dynamics where collaboration, community and connection reign.
A four times Amazon best-selling author, international speaker and former corporate management consultant Julia’s inspiration for her work comes from her herd of rescued horses who she claims “have taught her the best leadership and business lessons ever as they never sugar-coat the feedback!”.
Frustrated by her experiences in the corporate world, where she created and grew a multi-million dollar business unit for Andersen and then Deloitte, Julia set up her own business in 2010. Over the years she’s learnt what works and what doesn’t in the entrepreneurial space and how your business only grows to the extent that you do.
Today she runs a purpose-driven business that is dedicated to educating women on the impact they can make through their business whilst still making a great income. She also hosts workshops for disadvantaged women and children helping them become more confident, empowered and courageous through partnering with her herd of rescue horses.
Julia’s vision to create a circular economy retreat centre where they teach entrepreneurial business lessons on leadership, teamwork and communication, supported by experiential sessions with the horses, and this funds her rescue and rehabilitation of more horses, who are deemed “not to be fit for purpose”.
